Terms and Conditions

Introductory Offer

  • Your introductory offer gives you 14 days access to the studio for one class per day. 
  • The trial is activated from your first booked class.
  • The intro offer must be used within six months of purchase.
  • The trial offer is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • The intro offer can only be purchased once per person.
  • Please book classes directly on our website or on the Mindbody app.
  • If classes are not used within the 14 days, they cannot not be rolled over or extended.
  • If you late cancel or don’t show for your booking, that booking will be counted as used for that day, and no further bookings or classes can be attended on that day.
  • The class timetable is subject to change without notice.
  • PCWA may either close or reduce hours for Christmas, Easter and Public Holidays and this will not affect the trial start, end or expiry dates.

Class Packs

  • All class packs will activate from your first booked class.
  • Any classes not used within the allocated time frame will expire. 
  • Class packs purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable between clients.
  • Please book classes directly on our website or on the Mindbody app.
  • The Member has entered into this agreement voluntarily and without duress.

Memberships

  • Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Members must abide by the PCWA studio terms and conditions
  • If a Member does not use the allocated classes per week/month they do not roll over to the next week/month.
    • Exception to this is when a membership is paused.
  • Booking Ahead
    • Sessions can be booked one month in advance from the membership debit date, for as many classes that have been purchased in that month.
  • Direct Debit
    • The Member will provide relevant details and authority to PCWA for EZIDebit to debit from a nominated bank account or credit/debit card. Payments will be debited on the same day of each month; (e.g the 7th of every month). This will be the day the Membership is purchased or requested commencement date.
  • Failed Payments
    • Payments declined due to card issues, security, or funding. If an auto-payment fails, then a $10 fee is imposed by our payment processing merchant (EZIdebit) and you will need to provide an alternative for payment.
    • Please note that auto-payments are run at midnight by the merchant service – please ensure sufficient funds are available the day prior to your monthly auto-payment date.
  • Cancellation Policy
    • There is an 8 hour cancellation policy on ALL classes.
    • If you cancel under the 8 hour timeframe you will be charged the session booked for that class.
    • If you don’t attend a booked class you will be charged the session booked for that class.
  • Holiday Periods
    • Members Acknowledge that PCWA may either close or reduce hours for Christmas, Easter and Public Holidays and this will not affect the membership month, start, end or expiry dates. Scheduled payments will run as normal.
  • Pausing / Suspension Of Membership
    • A one month pause / suspension is allowable each 12 months. Requests must be submitted in writing to info@pilatescentrewa.com.au and a minimum of 7 days prior the start of the requested suspension date. Any suspension time will be added to the end date of the pre-paid monthly membership. A membership can only be suspended / paused by suspending a future payment.
  • Unexpected Medical Illness
    • With no lock in contracts, you can cancel any future direct debits in the event of a severe medical condition. Supporting documentation will be required. The 7 days notice in the office also applies for future payments. Payment will be held in credit for when the member returns.
  • The Member accepts that the class timetable is subject to change without notice.
  • The Member can upgrade at any time with a new minimum term applied.
  • The Member has entered into this agreement voluntarily and without duress.

Private Classes

  • Private Classes have a 6 month expiry.
  • Not all private appointment times are offered online, and arrangements can be made for alternate times. To discuss a private booking, simply email us at info@pilatescentrewa.com.au
  • Private appointments have a 24-hour cancellation window. Cancellations less than 24-hours before your scheduled appointment will incur full charge.

Waitlist

  • If a class is full you can book a place on the waitlist. When/if another client cancels out, the first person on the waitlist is automatically bumped into the class and will receive an email notification.
  • If you are on a waitlist please ensure you are ready to come to class! You can be added to the class up to one hour before the class starts.
  • When adding yourself to the waitlist you are committing to attend that class if a space becomes available.
  • If you are no longer able to attend, please take yourself off the list. You can manage a waitlist class from your schedule just like a regular booking. You will need to do this to avoid any late cancellation or no show fees.
  • Please make sure you have enabled text and email notifications so you can keep up to date with all general updates around all classes including waitlisted classes.

Cancellations and No Show

  • The Pilates Centre WA booking and cancellation policy are in place to ensure all our clients have fair access to the classes they wish to attend.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling of classes need to be made more than 8 hours prior to your class start time. This allows for other members on the waitlist to attend the class.
  • Please submit all cancellations via the our website or the Mindbody app. Calls, texts or social media messages will not be accepted.
  • Late cancellations will result in the class automatically being deducted from your memberships or packs.
  • A ‘no show’ is defined as a client not arriving to a group class that has been pre-booked.
  • If you do not show up to your booked class, you will lose your session and a $15 no show fee will be charged to your nominated account.
  • If you are an unlimited member and late cancel a $15 no show fee will be charged to your nominated account.
  • PCWA reserves the right to cancel classes should there be less than 3 bookings. You will be notified 2-3 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. The Pilates Centre WA will refund your class and reschedule you into another time of your selection.
  • PCWA reserve the right to change the instructor of the class without notice, in the event that instructor is unable to attend the class.

 

Student Discount 

  • You must be studying full time in a secondary or tertiary institution (our classes are suitable for 16 years and over).
  • Please email a photo of your current student card through to info@pilatescentrewa.com.au before joining to be eligible to receive discount.
  • Discount applies for as long as the card is current.
  • Only available on memberships and class packs. Trial offer and casual classes are not eligible.
